How Can severe arm Pain Treated?

I m getting pain down my right arm and in my hand after drinking coffee and sometimes after using the elliptical at the gym. I have also recently had an abnormal ekg which was done after I had a really bad reaction after only 30 minutes on the treadmill at the gym- usually I go 30 minutes on the treadmill and then 65 on the elliptical- but that day it felt so hard to just walk and I couldn t catch my breath which I chalked off to the temperature being 71 instead of 69 and a humid day and just kept going until quite suddenly it felt like I had to stop NOW and grab a few chewable aspirin. I felt dizzy and could not regulate my temperature and started sweating A LOT. However, I have a couple of neck and back injuries- so before the ekg came back with some abnormalities I m now wondering if the two could be related. My doctor is sending me to have a chemical stress test but I can t afford it and was thinking of just a watch and wait approach. But now when I get upset or have coffee I get the arm and hand pains on the right side.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
I recommend getting your stress test done along with an 2D Echo.
All the symptoms you described above suggest that you may have a problem in blood supply to your heart.
Anything that increases blood pressure will result in stress on heart and compromised blood supply to the heart.
Coffee and stress increase blood pressure which in turn can lead to ischaemic injury to heart.
i recommend consulting a cardiologist. stop taking coffee.
You will require blood pressure lowering drugs along with medicines for heart disease.

Hope this answers your question, thank you.
